Today EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie is arriving in Yerevan on a 5-day working visit. During his stay H. Talvitie is scheduled to meet with Armenian President Robert Kocharian, the Foreign and Defense Ministers. The Special Representative is also expected to visit Nagorno Karabakh.
