According to recent statistics, Yerevan-Tbilisi-Yerevan train transported 6.4 thousand passengers in January-April 2012. The volume of passenger traffic over the same period 2011 remained the same.

The number of passengers South Caucasus Railways (SCR) CJSC serviced in January-April 2012 totaled 144.4 thousand.

SCR CJSC adheres to its policy of gradually boosting passenger service quality, the level of comfort in trains of local and international communication. Accordingly, the railway upgrades the rolling stock, expands the list of services and increases train speed.
