Over 50 tractors purchased due to the assistance rendered by the Chinese government were brought to Yerevan form China. To remind, the Chinese government assigned 5 million yuans (about $770 000) for the Armenian Ministry of Agriculture in 2003. According to the source, the tractors will be sold at the auction at the initial price of $2 500. Certain privileges will be given to the customers from distant and boundary regions as well as from the regions having social problems.
