Estonia to support Armenia in European integration

On May 22, Armenian ambassador Ara Ayvazian handed in credentials to Estonia’s President Toomas Hendrik Ilves.

Discussion of development prospects, as well as cooperation between the two countries on the level of international organizations was in focus of the meeting, RA MFA press service reported.

Stressing the importance of progress in Armenia-EU relations, Estonia’s leader voiced his country’s readiness to further extend necessary assistance.

Dwelling on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, President Ilves noted that official Tallinn sees the problem resolution exclusively through peace talks and balanced use of human values.
