September 11 the National Forum of NGOs of Azerbaijan intends to hold a protest action against participation of Armenian officers in Cooperative Best Effort - 2004 multinational military exercises to be held in Baku within Partnership for Peace NATO program September 13-26, forum Chairman Azay Guliyev told Interfax news agency. "This morning we sent a request to Baku City Hall asking to authorize the holding of the meeting procession," Guliyev stated. It should be noted that the National Forum of NGOs of Azerbaijan comprises about 400 organizations.
