At the sitting of the Political Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe British parliamentarian David Atkins is appointed new Rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh. On this post he will replace another British deputy - Terry Davis, who was lately elected PACE Secretary General.
