Representatives of the former Armenian ruling party - Armenian National Movement (ANM) and of Orinats Yerkir party, member of the present leading coalition were invited to the congress of French President Jacques Chirac's party, the Union for Popular Movement. Former Minister of National Security David Shahnazarian will represent the Armenian National Movement at the congress. Azerbaijan will be represented at the congress by Etibar Mamedov, the leader of National Independence Party.
