ARMENIAN PARLIAMENTARIANS NOT PARTICIPATING IN BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY SITTING
The 12-th sitting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Parliamentary Assembly committee on commercial, economic, ecological and technology affairs opens in Baku today. Meanwhile, Armenian parliamentarians will not participate in the forum. As sources from the National Assembly of Armenia explained the issue to "Arminfo" agency, the reason why the Armenian delegation does not participate in the forum is not of political nature. The Armenian parliamentarians are engaged in the coming parliamentary elections in the country, in particular, in putting forward candidacies for the National Assembly already begun today. Let us note that the development of cooperation in the energy sphere will be the main issue on the agenda of the two-day meeting of the BSEC Parliamentary Assembly in Baku. The organization includes Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine.
