Armenian grandmaster Hrant Melkumyan tied a game against Sweden’s Tiger Hillarp in London Chess Classic FIDE Open round 6.

Melkumyan retains the championship lead with 5,5 points to face Netherlands’ Robin Van Kampen in round 7.

The tournament, with a winner prize of £2500, will run through December 8.
