Artsakh Republic has become one the best-established countries in the South Caucasus region in terms of democracy, economic development and political stability, Armenian expert said.

As Alexander Manasyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, “The achievements Artsakh had in blockade further underlines the differences between NKR and Azerbaijan with regard to democracy, social issues and public mentality.”

The expert voiced confidence for NKR recognition campaign to develop into a large-scale process.
