Though Azerbaijani attacks aimed to create unhealthy moral and psychological atmosphere, they failed to reach the goal, Armenian military expert said.

“Armenia and Artsakh adequately retaliated for Azerbaijani attacks in 2012,” David Jamalyan said, summarizing the political outcomes of the passing year.

“No Azeri attacks were recorded following June, which means our actions showed a relevant result,” he said.
