The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 407.08 on February 21, increasing by 0.15 point compared to February 20, exchange rate of euro totaled AMD 537.26, decreasing by 8.88 points while the rate of Russian ruble increased by 0.03 point to total AMD 13.51, CBA press service reported
