The BlackBerry Z10 has received its first software update, improving battery life and adding new features, Digital Spy said.
BlackBerry claims to have added 60 battery-saving enhancements to its flagship smartphone and upgraded its camera to version 10.0.10.85, optimising it for low-light conditions.
Other new features include better optimisation for third-party apps, which will now run quicker and smoother on the BlackBerry 10 handset.
Meanwhile, BlackBerry has also confirmed that the WhatsApp messenger service will be available for the Z10 later this month.
The BlackBerry Z10 was unveiled at a press conference on January 30. It will be followed by the physical keyboard-touting Blackberry Q10 in the coming months.
The 150MB software update is being delivered over the air, one region at a time.
