Today the initiative group of the Union of Armenian Students of Georgia had a meeting, which discussed the question of unification and activation of efforts of Armenians students to support their interests, Nor Serund union of Armenians told PanARMENIAN.Net. Priority directions of organization activities will be protection of rights and interests of Armenian students and entrants in Georgia, work over laws referring to higher education institutions, implementation of student exchange programs and providing information about study opportunities in higher education institutions abroad. The forming of the organization is an initiative of Nor Serund union of Armenians, Tbilisi State Medical University, Tbilisi State Pedagogical University, Tbilisi State Institute of Economic Relations and Gaenati National Institute. Representatives NGO from Armenia and Armenian Apostolic Church of Georgia will be present at the meeting as well.
