February 16 a Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe mission will arrive in Yerevan to monitor the presidential elections in Armenia. The delegation composed of 10 European deputies will be headed by PACE rapporteur on Armenia Irzhi Yaskerny. Let us note that according to the Council of Europe secretary general Walter Schwimmer's statement, the coming presidential elections in Armenia are crucial for strengthening democracy and peaceful development of the region.
