During yesterday's sitting the leaders of the Armenian united opposition unanimously approved the text of the statement to be read at the rally scheduled for today. Meanwhile, the Yerevan City Administration informed that in view of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov's visit to Armenia "it cannot guarantee the security of the rally." As former Minister for Coordination of Manufacturing Infrastructures and Ex-Deputy Defense Minister Vahan Shirkhanyan stated, the opposition leaders decided to meet with accredited Ambassadors of foreign states to Armenia and "discuss the situation with them." He also informed that the "order of presenting to the Armenian and international community the documents on the violations taken place during the constitutional referendum has been already worked out," reported RFE/RL.
