According to preliminary data, the Russian delegation led by Russian Defense Minister Sergey Ivanov will arrive in Yerevan at 11 p.m. local time today, RA MOD spokesman, col. Seyran Shahsuvarian told PanARMENIAN.Net. To remind, earlier the visit scheduled for January 25 was postponed for an uncertain term over bad weather conditions. During the visit Sergey Ivanov is scheduled to meet with Armenian President Robert Kocharian, PM Andranik Margaryan, MOD head Serge Sargsyan. The delegation headed by Ivanov is also expected to lay a wreath to the Memorial to victims of the Armenian Genocide in Tsitsernakaberd.
