Today Secretary of the Security Council at the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan met with German Ambassador to Armenia Heike Renate Peitsch, RA MOD spokesman, col. Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net. During the meeting the Ambassador introduced Germany's newly appointed military attaché, brigade general Heinz Georg Wagner to Serge Sargsyan. The attaché voiced satisfaction with the possibility to take part in the events dedicated to the 14th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian army. The interlocutors discussed the current situation in the military field and prospects of developing the relationships. In part, they referred to the military training, which is likely to be included in the Armenian-German military annual cooperation program.
