Yerevan will host a pan-European forum on the European standards-based rule of law in and limits of authorities’ power in the EU states. Armenia is hosting the forum in its capacity as Council of Europe Ministers Committee chair.

The event, to host over 80 representatives of international organizations from 32 countries, will be opened July 3 with a greeting address by parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.

Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, the President of the European Court of Human Rights Dean Spielmann, Venice Commission President Gianni Buquicchio will attend the event.
