Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net. The American diplomat handed Serge Sargsyan the final document on RA defense assessment, which says that the experts of the U.S. Defense Department gave a high estimate to the professionalism of the Armenian army. For his part, the RA Minister thanked the American expert for the work carried out and the high assessment given to the Armenian Armed Forces.
