An incident was recorded in Azeri Defense Ministry’s military unit in Khojavand region, APA said.

Anar Bayram Ibrahimov, 21, shot his 19-year fellow soldier Shamkhal Vugar Jafarov as a result of a reckless handling of service gun. Jafarov died on the spot.

Defense Ministry’s press service confirmed the fact to APA. The Ministry said that criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
