The chief of OPORA Russia, a national non-governmental organization for small and medium entrepreneurship, is currently visiting the Republic of Artsakh.

As PanARMENIAN.Net was told in Stepanakert, the organization plans to presents a small and medium businesses development program for the Nagorno Karabakh.

According to the report, OPORA Vice President Pavel Sigal met with the republic’s leadership and entrepreneurs to discuss the issue.
