The law "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization" came into force in Azerbaijan. According to the document, in case of a military attack or threat military incursion the President is empowered to declare full or partial mobilization. At that the reserve staff and those not subjected to military service can occupy civic positions in the armed forces. In case of mobilization the entry and departure in Azerbaijan will be regulated by special rules, reported the 525th newspaper.
