RA FM Rules Out Haggle on Karabakh between Baku and Washington
In an interview with Haykakan Jamanak newspaper Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian ruled out the possibility of any haggle between Baku and Azerbaijan during Ilham Aliyev's visit to the United States. The Armenian Minister said the U.S. will not offer Baku support in the Nagorno Karabakh settlement in exchange for support in anti-Iranian campaign. "I do not think such haggling is peculiar to the U.S., moreover it cannot do any good," Vartan Oskanian said.

"I suppose the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs should carry out appropriate work with Azerbaijan to draw our positions together, since judging from the statements made by the Azerbaijani leadership this republic unlike Armenia has little aspiration for compromise," Vartan Oskanian said.
