The deployment of U.S. bases in Turkey and Azerbaijan will have no impact upon the Armenian-American military cooperation, RA Deputy Defense Minister Artur Aghabekian stated at Rescuer-2006 planning conference that started in Yerevan today. "The Armenia-U.S. cooperation by no means depends on the U.S. relations with other states. It proceeds from the mutual interests of our states," he emphasized. The Deputy Minister voiced assurance that the Armenian-American military cooperation will constructively develop in future, reported Novosti-Armenia.
