Armenia's Stance regarding Nagorno Karabakh remains unchanged: the NK right to self-determination outside Azerbaijan should be in effect, security guarantees, return of refugees and Karabakh participation in the talks, stated co-chair of EU-Armenia Commission on Parliamentary Cooperation, Chair of the Standing Commission on Foreign Relations of the Armenian NA Armen Rustamyan.
