Berlin buyers have fallen for Tonie Marshall’s “Sex, Love & Therapy” a high-concept romantic comedy toplining French sex symbol Sophie Marceau as a nymphomaniac, Variety reported.

Sold by TF1 Intl., the pic has been acquired by Wild Bunch Germany, Remstar (Canada), Warner Bros. (France), Alternative (Belgium), MTVA (Hungary), Odeon (Greece), Lusomundo (Portugal), Pathe (Switzerland) and Daro Film Distribution (Russia).

Marceau stars opposite Patric Bruel as sex addicts trying to engage in a healthy love relationship.

Pic is produced by Tabo Tabo Films, Arena Prods. and co-produced by Entre Chien et Loup, Cinefrance 1888 and TF1 Films Prod. It will be delivered during the second quarter of 2014.

“Distributors know that Sophie Marceau is a French sex symbol and she’s particularly sexy in this film,” said TF1 Intl.’s Marie-Carmen Sanchez.
