Armenian PM Doesn't Think Rambouillet Talks Failed
Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan doesn't think that the Rambouillet talks failed. (See the interview on the Republic Party's website). In his words, the position of the party on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict underwent no changes. Karabakh should not be a part of Azerbaijan, the security of people of Karabakh should be provided, Armenia and Karabakh should have common border, the settlement should by no means result in any changes of the Armenian borders, Stepanakert should act as a party to the negotiation process, Margaryan said.
