The fifth sitting of the intergovernmental committee of the TRACECA member states will start in Sofia tomorrow. The sitting participants are expected to adopt a development strategy to be applied up to the end of 2015. The budget issues and the status of observer in the organization will be also addressed. Azerbaijan will assume the presidency within the sitting framework. The establishment of the Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku railway communication will be considered as well.
