A citizen of Azerbaijan, Javid Samiroglu Mammadov, was detained by Nagorno Karabakh army servicemen when attempting to cross the contact line in the northeast direction (Verin Chaylu) on Friday, Sept 5, at about 6 pm.

The Stepanakert office of the International Committee of the Red Cross was notified of the incident, reported the press service of the NKR defense army.
