Armenian National Speaker Tigran Torosian leads the Armenian parliamentary delegation that will take part in the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe starting in Strasbourg June 25. The delegation includes chairman of the NA standing committee for foreign relations Armen Rustamian, NA members Stepan Demirchian, Artashes Geghamian and Hermine Naghdalyan, reported the RA NA press service.
