Yerevan hosts Int’l Conference on Computer Science and IT

The 10th International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technologies (CSIT) kicked off on Monday, September 28 in Yerevan. The conference will run through October 2, ARKA reports.

According to the Vice-president of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, Yuri Shukuryan, about 40 foreign guests from Russia, France, Greece, Germany, the USA, Finland, Italy, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Japan, and Ukraine have arrived in Armenia to participate in the conference. The conference aims to facilitate the exchange of scientific ideas between the experts in computer and information technologies, present and discuss the results of achievements in the scientific field.

“It will allow Armenian experts to not only present their own practical and theoretical achievements in this field, but also to establish direct contacts with international colleagues to enhance further cooperation,” Shukuryan said.

The conference participants will hold academic discussions and round tables to address the possibilities of cooperation in the virtual laboratory, the development of joint innovative projects, the impact of information sciences on the educational processes, the possibility of developing new projects.
