The Ministry of Agriculture has been celebrating the Agriculture Worker's Day on the 3rd Sunday of October each year since 2011. Armagroforum conference, with VivaCell-MTS as the general partner and ArmProdExpo exhibition of agricultural products and food were organized on the sidelines of the event.

The conference aims to address perspectives of enhancing agriculture, agro-processing, and foreign trade, highlighting current problems in the secto rof agriculture, exploring investment opportunities, integrating innovative international methods in fostering agriculture, and supporting farming enterprises.

The conference also features the traditional celebration of agricultural worker’s day in Armenia. The events are attended by a number of guests, including representatives of international organizations, farmers, and manufacturers.

In this context, VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian urged to boost support for farmers, noting that years ago the company installed anti-hail systems to prevent the loss of crops.

VivaCell-MTS has allocated about AMD 10 million for organization of Armagroforum.
