The discussion of the GUAM's draft resolution on the 'frozen conflicts' in the post soviet space will be held in the UN December 7. As RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told a news conference in Yerevan today, Armenia's stand on the initiative remains unchangeable. "We consider that the initiative will hamper the negotiation process on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement," he said. The Minister is convinced that the resolution is inappropriate and does not reflect the reality.
