Telegrams of condolences were received under RA President Robert Kocharian's name in connection with Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan's death from President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Miguel Angel Moratinos and EU High Representative Javier Solana, the RA MFA Press Office reports.
