"We do not set an objective to join the European Union in the near future. We are realists," Armenian President Robert Kocharian said in an interview with SPIEGEL ONLINE. There is a long queue before the EU, he said.

"I think the EU should take a deep breath. However, we will do our utmost to bring the Armenia-EU cooperation to a higher level," the RA leader said.
