Success of elections - excellent foundation for NKR international recognition
Armenian National Assembly Speaker Tigran Torosian said a congratulatory address to NKR newly elected President Bako Sahakyan, the RA NA press office reported.
The message says, in part, "Dear Mr Sahakyan. I heartily congratulate you on the election President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The success of the elections, which met high international standards, is an excellent foundation for further consolidation of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, international recognition and prosperity of the heroic Artsakhi people.
