IF I NOT SETTLE NAGORNO-KARABAKH ISSUE, NO ONE TO SETTLE IT, AZERI PRESIDENT STATED
If I cannot settle the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, then no one in the world will settle it. As "Mediamax" agency reports, Azeri president Heydar Aliyev has stated that. According to him, the Azeri army is very strong and is able to get back the lost territories, though "the Azeri leadership, despite the calls of the community that are more often now, prefers the peaceful talks, the aspects of which are not exhausted yet". Answering the question on if the Azeri head is tired of the negotiation process with Armenia, Aliyev stated: "All should be patient, especially the president. And if I am already tired, then what can we do? Start war? I do not think that is necessary. But if we need it, we always can wage it".
