Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad construction to start mid-October
The Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad construction will start in mid-October, said Azeri Deputy Transport Minister Musa Panakhov.
"Initially, the start of construction works was scheduled for early October. The building will kick off with the Georgian and Turkish legs. High-ranking officials from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey are expected to attend the laying ceremony," he said, Novosti Azerbaijan reports.
