Today, Armenian President Robert Kocharian met Iranian Defense Minister, Brigadier General Mostafa Mohammad Najjar, the RA leader's press office said.

The parties noted the high level of the Armenian-Iranian relations and the importance of realization of agreements achieved by the Presidents of two states.

They also discussed prospects of defense cooperation.
