Moscow explained Baku that Russian military goods aren't mounted in Karabakh
When in Baku, Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov was told about Azerbaijan's "concerns about possible use of Russian armaments by Armenians," Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasily Istratov told a news conference in Baku. He said that the Russian armament is under control of Russian servicemen and Azerbaijan doesn't need to worry.

"Besides, in response to Baku's concerns, I affirm that Russian military goods are not mounted in Karabakh," the Ambassador said adding that Russia is not going to build a second army base in Armenia either, Day.az reports.
