Crisis monitoring postponed through Azerbaijan's fault
In connection with Azerbaijan's delay of response on security guarantee for the OSCE monitoring group members, a March 7 crisis monitoring on the contact line of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijani armed forces near the settlement of Levonarkh, where the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire on March 3 night, has been postponed.

The Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office addressed a corresponding letter to the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The crisis monitoring was to take place at the NKR Foreign Office's request, which expressed readiness to assist in its organization and conduct, as well as ensure security of the OSCE Mission, the NKR MFA press office reported.
