Oskanian on UN resolution: Baku absorbed in self-delusion
Baku has no reasons to rejoice at adoption of the UN resolution on Karabakh, since it's a mere recommendation, Armenia's Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told Kentron TV Channel.

"Armenia welcomes position of 150 states, which did not support the Azerbaijani resolution. The opposition of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries - Russia, U.S. and France - should be a message for Azerbaijan that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be resolved via talks but not via adoption of helpless resolution," he said.

"The only document to promote settlement will be an agreement between Armenia, Karabakh and Azerbaijan," the Minister said, adding that thanks to diplomatic activities many states abstained from supporting Azerbaijan.
