MEETING OF SECRETARIES OF SECURITY COUNCILS OF RUSSIA, GEORGIA, ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN POSTPONED
The meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of Russia, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan planned in October in Tbilisi will probably be postponed. As Georgian Security Council head Tedo Japaridze stated, "there are some points" that make us think of advisability of holding such a meeting at this stage. According to him, this is concerned with the state of the health of secretary of the Security Council of Russia Vladimir Rushaylo, who, as it is well know, have recently had an accident, "Arminfo" agency reports.
