Over 30 representatives of various countries and international organizations have arrived in Nagorno Karabakh capital of Stepanakert to observe the presidential elections course. In particular, representatives of the US Department of State James Hooper, Richard Wits and Lewis Mell, Yugoslavian foreign ministry representative Vladimir Matich, delegation of the British group of Helsinki association on human rights, deputies and experts of Russian State Duma, representatives of the International League for the Rights and Liberation of People (LIDLIP), as well as observers from other organizations and countries, including a number of unrecognized states - Abkhazia, Pridnestrovie and North Osetia - are in NKR. Arrival of delegations from Armenia and France is expected today.
