Yerevan has many proposals within the policy of "small steps" directed at improvement of the Armenian-Turkish relations. Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian stated today, "Mediamax" agency reports. At the same time he expressed hope for them to come to concrete agreements in the course of the coming second meeting with the Turkish foreign minister in September.
