According to the Karapetyan family, the dispute arose following actions taken by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan targeting Karapetyan and his businesses.
Pashinyan said that today’s threats “are hybrid in nature, involving elements of terrorism, subversion of constitutional order, and counterintelligence.”
“Naturally, we want to see the process finalized as soon as possible. Given the current global context, stability is more important than ever,” Kallas said.
