Official: Carriers free to resume regular flights to Armenia

Air carriers were allowed to resume regular flights to Armenia on Friday, September 11, the Civil Aviation Committee said, though it is up to each company to determine flight frequencies and destinations.

Conditions and possible restrictions on the entry of passengers traveling from Armenia to another country are regulated in accordance with the rules established by that country.

Passengers arriving in Armenia, meanwhile, will either have to self-isolate for 14 days or take a PSR test at the airport.

The state of emergency, which came into force in Armenia on March 16, expired on September 11, but the government immediately introduced a four-month quarantine regime in the country.
