Armenia reports relative calm in Karabakh frontline

The situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) frontline has been relatively calm since 6:00 am Tuesday, November 10, Armenian Defense Ministry spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan reveals.

"Active combat operations on the entire frontline have been suspended. Relative calm is being maintained from 06:00. Deployment of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh continues," Stepanyan said.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh.

Karabakh (Artsakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan said on Tuesday that he has agreed to the deal signed by Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan.
