Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan relieved Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan of his duties on Tuesday, November 17.
Kocharyan was first approved for the post in 2008 and was re-appointed in 2018, after the velvet revolution led by Pashinyan.
Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan resigned earlier, as did a handful of other politicians and lawmakers, amid political turmoil that has been brewing in the country ever since the announcement of a statement to end the war in Nagorno-Karabakh.
